We serve some
combination of the above every morning.
Dietary restrictions (e.g., gluten-free, lactose intolerant, vegan)
are readily
accommodated.
We use many seasonal
farm-fresh
ingredients in our full breakfasts, served every
morning. In addition, we are happy to accommodate any dietary
restrictions. We are members of the Sweet Land Farm
CSA and frequently visit the Ithaca
Farmers Market and the Trumansburg
Farmers Market. We are also members of the Fingers
Lakes Culinary Bounty and part of their efforts to develop
agri-tourism trails. We also buy many items at GreenStar Cooperative
Market in Ithaca.

Deirdre
is the former manager of the Trumansburg Farmers Market, which is open on
Wednesdays June through October. The market is open June through October. It
is in the village park at the foot of the hill that the bed and
breakfast sits on. Plan a visit to a coincide with a visit to the
market, with its music, crafts, produce and prepared foods.
Ithaca Farmers Market has been voted one of the top markets in the country.
