Pronounced "muh-KLEL-un"

Named for the other founding family of Trumansburg. This house is built on part of their old farm.

A king-sized bed with a bedstead made from the door from an old dry-goods store, sits between wicker bedside tables.

Jenny Pope's prints, "Shakespearean Flock" and "South of North: the Lapping Territories of Bears," hang on the wall over the bed and on the opposite wall. Some of them are for sale. Contact the artist.

Jenny Pope's "Spiny Echidna Just Wants Cuddles" hangs on the wall opposite the bed.

Take a look at her website for a look at more of her work. These are on loan to McLallen House.

Wall color: "Rambling Rose"

Deirdre designed the four-color pattern of 3/4-inch glass tiles in the bathrooms, which were renovated in winter
2007-08. The tiles come from Susan Jablon Mosaics
in Vestal; her studio was suggested by a B&B guest.
